I am excited to be spending the holiday in NYC celebrating with Passover with a traditional Seder dinner. Though the focus is on the dinner portion of the holiday, I began thinking about the other meals. So began my search for a healthy Passover breakfast/snack. I haven’t tried this yet, but it looks amazing. I can’t wait to whip up a batch this weekend!

Hot Honey Sesame Veggie Party Dogs
December 9, 2011
Happy Holidays! Cocktail sausages tend to be a popular appetizer for any occasion… But, they’re not always the healthiest choice. Here is a quick and easy recipe that combines salty and sweet without the mystery meat!
Hot Honey Sesame Veggie Party Dogs
Ingredients
2 Packages Yves Veggie Tofu Dogs (Cut each dog in 3)
1 Teaspoon Sriracha chili Sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Arrange dogs in a large, shallow roasting pan.
Whisk together honey, oil and soy sauce. Pour over dogs. Stir to coat.
Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Transfer to a serving dish and place a fancy toothpick in each party dog.
These delicious franks are pretty addictive, try to save some for others!
